Our Mission
At Nova Z Health Services, we believe that every individual deserves a life illuminated by dignity, choice, and deep connection. As a dedicated provider of Supported Living and employment services in Arizona, our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to chart their own course, realize their potential, and live vibrantly within the communities they love.
Who We Are
Nova Z Health Services LLC was founded on the principle that support should never feel institutional—it should feel like home. We bring a fresh, modern perspective to care, acting not just as a provider, but as true partners in progress. By working hand-in-hand with our members, their families, and the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), we build warm, welcoming environments where individual growth is nurtured and safety is absolute.
A Trusted DDD Qualified Vendor
Navigating Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) requires a partner you can rely on completely. As an Arizona DDD Qualified Vendor, Nova Z couples heartfelt, person-centered care with rigorous regulatory excellence. From seamless Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance to an unwavering commitment to the federal HCBS Settings Rule, we give families and Support Coordinators total peace of mind, ensuring our members are safely and meaningfully integrated into community life.
Why "Nova Z"?
A nova is a bright new star—a symbol of fresh beginnings, energy, and a guiding light. We chose the name Nova Z because we believe every individual we support has a unique brilliance. We aren't here to change who our members are; we are here to clear the path, brighten the journey, and provide the steady, warm foundation they need to reach for their highest goals and next horizons.
