How it Works / Split Responsibilities
Your Role (Managing Employer)
You are in charge of the day-to-day care environment.
You will:
Recruit: Choose caregivers you already know and trust.
Train: Show them exactly how your loved one prefers to be supported.
Schedule: Set the hours and routines that actually work for your family's life.
Manage: Oversee their daily performance.
Our Role (Employer of Record)
Nova Z Health acts as your administrative partner behind the scenes.
We handle:
Payroll & Taxes: Processing timesheets and paying caregivers reliably.
Compliance: Ensuring all state and federal labor laws are met.
Onboarding: Managing background checks, CPR/First Aid, and required training.
Protection: Providing workers' compensation and liability insurance.
